Two Down...many more to follow

Woof! So, the first two jobs for BA are done and done. Damn good showing by the BA dudes in residence - minor bumps in the musical road but no massive moon sized craters that sucked us in and led to the "woot-woot" of the whistle just before the train slammed into the wall that the coyote painted on the side of the mountain kind of thing.

But, I digress.

Damn good times folks. Crowds ebbed and flowed throughout the nights at both places but the response was solid. Rippin' git-fiddle work by Mike and Mark, rock solid percussion work by Scott, damn-damn good bass and sax work by Glen, Rob was crankin' on the keys and the gods of music gave him his voice back for the weekend.

So, where does that leave us? Rob has been invited by Uncle Sam to spend a month in North Carolina so we're on hold for at least the month of August. After that, we're trying to fill in the empty space on all of our busy calendars.

See you out - soon!

Long Time, No Typey

Hey folks!

Been awhile, but we've been busy getting things ready for our first public shows.

Spent some time in the recording studio - "Lunar Rabbit" in Cortland. Just waiting on getting the vocals done.

We also passed the time with a BBQ / practice for Scott's family and a bunch of future groupies!

On with the shows!

First up is the "Pat Cosmo Memorial Fund" Benefit.

Sunday, July 18th at "Penny's One Cent Saloon", South Main Street in Cortland. (Take Rt 13 into Cortland and sooner or later you'll come up on Main Street.)
Pat Cosmo was a well known musician in the Cortland area for three decades. His family started a music fund in his honor. This benefit will raise money to keep the fund going.

Second show is back at Penny's for our first paying job. Friday, July 23rd. 9:30pm to 1:30am.
Nice place with a crowd that enjoys good music - get you butts down there and join the crowd.

Third show is a bit out of town - "Davy's Last Chance Saloon" in Chenango Forks. (Rt 12) 9:00pm to 1:00am.

There will be a short break in the action as Rob heads out of state for a month doing an Army thing, but they'll be back out in September. Several shows in the works including "The Haunt" in Ithaca. Keep checking here and our Face Book page for updated info!

So, what's your excuse for not coming out?

Get out and rock! NO excuses!
